The third film in the Kung Fu Panda franchise sees Po, the Dragon Warrior voiced by Jack Black, reunite with his father and the rest of his once thought perished panda clan and must learn to control the power of chi in order to defeat a centuries old spirit warrior who absorbs the chi of others and turns them in jade infused zombies. Though not as great as the second film, it's still better than the first one and is very memorable with amazing visuals, a strong story with a very great message of being yourself, and great voice acting not just from Black but the rest of the cast as well, including newcomers Bryan Cranston and J. K. Simmons. One of the few problems the film does have is that it feels too kiddish at times compared to the last two films, sometimes it drags along, and some jokes either feel forced or not very well done. The fight scenes however are amazing and visually perfect, especially in the scenes taking place in the spirit realm. Over all: 88%
