American Ultra

American Ultra is a stoner action comedy starring Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart and the script written by Max Landis. The film has some great comedic moments, especially in how over the top the violence in the action scenes can be. Though Eisenberg plays a stoner, that fact doesn't really factor too much into what's going on and is a big missed opportunity, though it's what causes him to not immediately remember what he really is when activated. Even though the ending is really great and funny, it feels like there should have been more and a lot was missing. Over all: 93%
