Spy

Spy is an action comedy starring Melissa McCarthy perfectly playing an unlikely action spy and directed by Paul Feig, who does a magnificent job in doing both comedy and action while showing that women can work as well in action scenes just as men can. The funniest thing about the film though has to be Jason Statham in a parody of his macho roles always recounting over the top things that have happened to him much like in his previous roles. The biggest drawback that distracts when watching the film is the constant use of slow motion all just to show how gory and violent it can be, which is really unnecessary. Over all: 92%
