The Visit

As the first film that I've ever seen of M. Night Shyamalan, The Visit was a very enjoyable horror comedy. The film is very funny and at times scary, especially with its use of the found footage format, but at times the pacing can be very slow in some areas. There are some disturbing moments here and there in the film that work very well but some that don't at times. For a movie whose main protagonists are kids they do very great in their performances, and feel very believable. Over all: 88%
